MEMBER ADVOCATE: 

CLICK Workspace, Inc., a Massachusetts nonprofit coworking community in downtown Northampton, is seeking a Member Advocate to help operate the organization’s vibrant coworking space.

The focus of the Member Advocate role is customer service for our members and those seeking membership; maintaining the appearance and functionality of the workspace; and assisting the Executive Director to uphold the mission of the organization, the promotion of coworking, community and culture.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries; conducting tours; on-boarding new members, day pass users and renters; daily walk-throughs of the workspace; ordering supplies; writing weekly member updates and monthly community newsletters; updating social media; and working with the Executive Director as needed in planning and executing events.

Skills required include having a working knowledge of Google and social media platforms; having good writing skills and being tech savvy.

Qualifications include strong communication and organization skills; attention to detail; good social skills; and respect for all cultures, religions, races, genders, physical abilities, and sexual identity and orientation. The Member Advocate must be able to lift 50lbs, be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident, and have been COVID vaccinated and boosted.

Hours: In person, full-time, M-F 8am to 3pm; plus afternoon/evening hours 2 to 4 times a month

Compensation: TBD
