P L A T F O R M is an open source lecture series designed to promote active discussion. P L A T F O R M is interested in creating a space in which writers/artists/academics/performers get to discuss things like research, practice, and process, offering a social discourse beyond their work. There is a brief Q & A at the end of each event.

[Chris Tonelli] is a [Founding Editor of Birds, LLC,--a small, independent poetry press]. [He] will be talking about [Birds, LLC through the lens of the mistakes they've made, almost made, and continue to make] in a lecture titled ["#smallpresslife: Mistaking Our Way to Some of Our Favorite Books'”]. 

[Samuel Ace] is a [Poet and Visiting Lecturer in Creative Writing at Mount Holyoke College]. [He] will be talking about [Poetry and Music] in a lecture titled [“The Sound of Poetry in the Face of Erasure"].

[Carmen Hernández-Ojeda] is a [communication scholar]. [She] will be talking about [how mainstream anti-bullying campaigns feed the school-to-prison pipeline] in a lecture titled ["No More Youth Anti-Bullying without Youth"].
