Rob Fontana
As a native of New York with roots in jazz music and culture, Rob Fontana has been composing and performing at the piano from a young age. He holds a Bachelors in Music Theory and Composition from Goucher College in Baltimore, Maryland, debuting as a solo pianist for private events in Washington, DC. Since living in the Pioneer Valley, he has been a solo pianist for Click Workspace and Alina’s Ristorante, while as a keyboardist for various live ensembles such as Mavrodaphne, Shantyman, Ginja Low Main, and Jake Buddy Band. He is also currently working on several new co-production projects with Baltimore’s own up-and-coming singer/songwriter, Ebony Imani, and the internationally toured DJ/producer, Discuji.
Vernon David
Vernon David studied Cello at Peabody Conservatory in Baltimore Maryland with Mihaly Virizlay and has a Masters in Composition from the University of Massachusetts. Recently in 2023, the Ligeti Quartet premiered three of his String Quartets at Lincoln College, University of Oxford. In addition to composing Mr David likes to play jazz and other forms of improvisation and works with the poet Banafshe Larijani , singer song writers, and visual artists.
